Samedi 11 novembre - Marché des Lices and Bowling

Marché des Lices and Bowling - by Norah Duritsa

Today most of us went to the market in Rennes, and it was so cool! The town was very French, with cobblestone streets and timber-framed buildings. The market had so many foods that American markets wouldn't have. It was super cool because there was such a variety of colors and smells. The produce stands were set up throughout the streets, and they had buildings for different types of food, like meats and cheeses. They also had live seafood that you could pick up!

After the market, we had a couple of hours with our families before we went bowling. The bowling place was really big. It had separate areas for bowling, playing pool, eating and an awesome restaurant. The group had so much fun bowling, and it was a great experience to have with the exchange students.

Once everyone's games were finished, we split into two groups to eat dinner. One group when to a crêpe place, and the other went for really awesome pizza. Overall, everyone had a super exciting and fun day.

And for the most important part, Happy Birthday, Chloé Morel!
